Hirens Boot CD is a boot CD containing various diagnostic programs such as partitioning agents, system performancebenchmarks, disk cloning and imaging tools, data recovery tools, MBR tools, BIOS tools, and many others for fixing various computer problems. It is a Bootable CD; thus,it can be useful even if the primary operating system cannot be booted. Hirens Boot CD has an extensive list of software. Utilities with similar functionality on the CDare grouped together and seem redundant; however, they present choices through UI differences. As some of you may know, Hirens BootCD v11.0 is now pretty much legal as just about all of the commercial software has now been removed. While goodin some ways it does now mean many of the programs which made this such a great BootCD are gone. DLC put back some important tools: Partition Magic Pro, Acronis DiskDirector Suite, Paragon Partition Manager Server, Norton Ghost, Acronis True Image Enterprise Server, Active Password Changer, and HDD Regenerator from Hirens BootCD 10.6in version 1.1 and added Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10.0.21.5 in version 1.2.

The only changes I made were adding missingfiles from HBCD 10.4 that caused some programs not to run. Among these was Norton Ghost, GetDataBack for NTFS, GetDataBack for FAT, ERD Explorer, and Undelete.
